An Analysis Of The Process On Training Units Of The China's Men's Soccer Team U-15

With the development and prevalence in football,the capacity in techniques and tactics among countries become much close.The high degree of competition results from the cultivation in young players,which has been proved by the time and fact.Therefore more and more countries have been paying much attention to cultivation in young players,especially according to native situations.The main methods:questionnaire method,documentary method,expert interview,logic analysis etc.Under the theory of management,this paper focuses on Implementation process on the training unit of the winter training camp for male players U-15 in 2008.The results are in the following:1.In 2008,the training program of the Chinese U-15 men's soccer team,in the stage of development mainly to technical and tactical training courses,and less physical training.during the winter training,2.On the Physical training unit,lack of targeted training on the Chinese U-15 men's soccer players' strength,speed,endurance, coordination,physical training combined with football.3.On the technical training unit,some coaches in the choice of training methods and the use of means from simple to complex step by step, but some coaches are contrary to the laws of development of youth football.4.On the tactical training unit,the coaches showed strong organizational skills.Attach great importance to offensive tactics,but did not go far enough attention to the defensive training.5.On the winter training camp,the quality of training unit is different.Less coaches can effectively control the training and complete the training mission.Most coaches is not sufficiently rigorous on the monitor in the training process,and put up more randomness,weak observing ability,can not discover problems in the training timely,the ability in the guiding and explanation not strong,weak language.
