Comparative Study On Defense Behaviors For The Ball-keeper Between Chinese Football Team And The Last Eight In 5th FIFA Women World

China women national football team was once our biggest proud for their success not only in Asia,even all the world.But as time goes along, it has no longer been that brilliant,for the progress gained in other parts of the world,however,the more important reason is our own stagnation even regression.In the past 5th Women football World Cup 2007, we failed to enter the semi-finals as we have been defeated 0:1 by Norway for another time.Our weakness in defense was more clearly seen just in that match,so this article tries to find out our problems by making a comparison between the final eight teams and ourselves with the hope to provide a theory basis for our team and help them to gain rehabilitation. By ways of literature,video,statistics and logical analysis of the 5th Women' s World Cup,we have reached our conclusions as follows:Defense behaviors for ball keeper differ in different venues,While the whole midfield and the middle of the backcourt are where teams conduct their defense mainly.One-one tackle is the most important way,which usually at the same time leads to converging attack.From the angle of time,no matter the first or the second half,one-one tackle,interception and converging attack are three main ways to defense;on contrast to the first half,the success rate is still kept though times are fewer in the second half.Our research has also shown that there is no weakness in one-one tackle comparing to final teams and we are even much stronger in interception,however,after that we can not organize an effective attack. When defense is performed in team work,where players for attack are relatively fewer,formations are usually used to hinder offensive.In midfield,one-one tackle is most usually used in the way that when the ball is lost,the man nearest reacts as soon as possible to defense and interception in such occasions is most likely to success.Of team work, compared to final teams,we are more focused on side defense.In the World Cup,one-one tackle and converging attack are two most usually used,in the way that other people perform converging attack as one-one attack is going on.In areas near the goal,interference is most effective and compared to final teams,we performed more with fewer success.
