Research On The Effect Of The Ball Machine Applied To The Technical Practice Of Catching The Ball From The Inside Of The Foot In The College Football Course

In recent years,the country has fully realized the importance of developing physical education for the growth of young people,especially through the emphasis of football to improve the overall quality of our people.Besides,more and more people in our country begin to recognize the development of football.However,as football is rapidly popularized in colleges and universities nationwide,schools are facing the shortage of professional football teachers and coaches.The goal of physical education in colleges and universities in China is to train physical education teachers as a considerable number of students majoring in football will go to primary and secondary schools to teach campus football.Therefore,the quality of the specialized football modules of the physical education major in colleges and universities will significantly affect the training of future football talents.Thus,improving the teaching quality and efficiency of football education in colleges and universities has become the major challenge.This study will use the football server machine to practice the technique of catching the ball in the air with the inside foot for the students in the specialized football courses of physical education major.It provides theoretical reference and practical basis for the technical application of the football server in training students to catch the ball in the air with the inside foot.On the other hand,the study also provides relevant theoretical reference for further applications of the football server in other technical fields.This study would contribute to the rapid development of football by enriching the football training theory and methods.This study integrates different methods such as literature review,expert interviews,experiments,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.The experiment randomly selects 12 students from the football class of 2016 physical education major of Shanghai University of Physical Education as the experimental subjects,including6 students in the treatment group and 6 students in the control group for 8 weeks.The treatment group practices with the football server while the control group practices without the football server.This experiment compares and contrasts the students' technical evaluation index as well as technology movement skill evaluation of theinner foot air ball technology before and after the experiment.The experimental data are sorted and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)after 8 weeks of course practice,all subjects in the experiment group and the control group achieved a significant improvement in the standard test of in-foot ball catching technique,but the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than the control group.(2)all the subjects after eight weeks of curriculum practice,the experimental group and control group in the foot inside pick up air ball technique skill evaluation has very obvious,but the effect of the ascension of experimental group is better than the control group,experimental group refer to the service machine make foot inside air ball technology practice making experiment object motion more accurate and perfect.(3)The overall effect of the football server on the treatment group was better than that of the control group trained with the conventional training method.The use of the football server for football basic skills teaching can improve the quality of the students' basic skills training and provide new training approaches.
