China is a country with an ancient civilization, whose cultural rituals date back to ancient times, and it has long been known as "the land of ceremony and propriety". Etiquette is the most fundamental and the most important part of the social ethics; it's the basic guide line on dealing with people, people and society, man and nature, and the common norms on dealing with interpersonal interaction; and it's also the external reflection of people's moral standards The party's Sixth Plenum of the 16th Communist Party Central Committee pointed out that all positive factors should be extensively and fully mobilized to constantly improve the ability of building harmonious society and to enhance the creativity of society. The campus, which is just like a small community, also needs to be built as a harmonious campus. Etiquette education needs the joint effort from the school, family, and society to accomplish. However, the separation among the school education, family education, and social education make the etiquette education face different crisis, which results in obstacles when developing the harmonious campus. Therefore, the etiquette education is significant for building a harmonious campus of socialism.The author studied from others on the contents and characteristics of etiquette education and the middle school harmonious campus. Having observed, thought, and refined, the author tried to explore the building of a harmonious campus from the perspective of etiquette education. The thesis consists of three parts.Part one illustrates the great significance of the etiquette education to the building of the middle school harmonious campus after defining the etiquette education and the contents of a harmonious campus.Part two points out the current situation of the etiquette education in building the middle school harmonious campus, and then analyses the causes of the missing according to the factual material and phenomenon as well as sociology and pedagogy.Part three puts forward ways and suggestions on building the middle school harmonious campus through etiquette education.
