The enterprises in 21st century are learning-oriented in nature. The competition of human resources, which in nature is the competition in education, is viewed as the most valuable. This article discusses the problems emerging in China enterprises training from the perspective of lifelong education. Based on the author's individual three-year teaching experience of being a pre-school teacher of C Childcare Center in Singapore, as well as the current pre-child education theory and relevant empirical studies, this paper aims to explore the major factors that affect children learning, which may benefit enterprises training in an effective way.The final part of this paper implicates that the programming of education was formulated in accordance with the needs of enterprises training and individual's development. Based on children-centered orientation, the programming of pre-child education provides suitable environment and plenty curriculums that meet the needs of children's growth and make them happy. The enterprises training advocates learner-centered orientation, the programming of enterprises training was made to meet the needs of both enterprises'life cycle and individual's development, which may benefit enterprises training in return.
