| The main measures adopted by this thesis are referring to literatures, interviewing, questionnaire surveying, mathematical Statistics, Logic analyzing and so on. Based on the needs of research and the characteristic that 31 colleges of Henan province are distributed scatteredly, the 778 public physical teachers and 20 directors of physical teaching from 20 general colleges in active service have been chosen as research object. After investigating and analyzing the practical situation such as the teachers' number, age, educational background, title, knowledge structure, the scale of teachers who got the same degree from different colleges or institute, the situation of teaching and researching, political thought and potential exerting, we can see the material actuality, find out the problems existed in them, and analyze the reasons and countermeasures of these problems.Study shows that the total number of public physical teachers of general colleges in Henan province is smaller than normal, the average age of physical teachers becomes smaller and smaller, the level of degree is not high, the scale of teachers who got the same degree from different colleges or institute is single, title structure is not reasonable, the work of physical education is canonical, the item of teaching is lack of multiplicity, the workload of teachers is huge, the level of scientific research of the total teachers is a little lower, the motive of scientific researching is narrow, the enthusiasm of scientific research is not high, continuing education is not popularized, the channel off form colleges and education sector is not enough, the opportunity of social plurality for physical teachers is very limited, most physical teachers have passion for work and are satisfied with job and life, colleges put greater emphasis on physical teaching, but lack of positivity.In allusion to the above problems and the practical situation of colleges of Henan province, some advices and countermeasures have been put forward as follows, broaden the sources of educational fund, make up the gap which caused by lack of financial investment, increase the investment of college education, break the traditional cage that employment by title to form an effective competitive mechanism of survival of the fittest, strengthen the right-oriented of scientific research, enhance the overall strength of the physical education and scientific research, make an organic and advantaged combination of teachers practice and society, make great efforts to promote the physical teachers own image, lead the teachers to do some reasonable fluxion, improve the professional knowledge structure of the physical teachers and the scale of physical teachers who got the same degree from different colleges or institute. This thesis has made a full view of building of public physical teachers troop of general colleges of Henan province,I hope this thesis can make some good sense to healthy and harmonious development of cause of higher education of Henan province. |
