The curriculum is a blueprint for graduate education.It is a description and design of the process and method of professional talent training.It is a concrete manifestation of graduate students' training work and work plan.The scientific nature of the curriculum is directly related to the quality of the training of high-level talents.Therefore,in the process of curriculum setting,we must pay special attention to the cultivation of practical ability and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the professional master's degree curriculum.Currently in the new era of education reform,the new talent demand goal requires timely optimization of curriculum to meet the development needs of sports masters.This study uses the literature data method,the survey method,the mathematical statistics method and the comparative analysis method to compare the characteristics,structure,content and training objectives of the postgraduate course of sports master's degree in Henan Province.The conclusions are as follows:The research object of this study is the curriculum design of postgraduates majoring in P.E.in Zhengzhou University,Henan University,Henan Normal University and Xinyang Normal College.The characteristics,structure and content of the curriculum design of postgraduates majoring in P.E.in Henan Province are comparatively studied by using the methods of documentation,investigation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.The conclusions are as follows:1.The postgraduate courses of the master's degree programs in sports in four universities in Henan Province are closely related to their training objectives.The training objectives are clear and in line with the current social talent needs,but students' perceptions of training objectives are different.2.In terms of curriculum structure,the four colleges and universities in Henan Province have set up courses in combination with the characteristics of the school,and the professional features are outstanding,but the proportion of public courses is too large,the proportion of elective courses is small,the choice of students is small,and the proportion of interdisciplinary courses is relatively small..3.In terms of course content,the professional theory courses of colleges and universities in Henan Province are rich in setting,but the practical opportunities are relatively few.The teaching practice time is relatively short,and the practical effect is not obvious.Most practice bases fail to meet the training target requirements.4.In terms of faculty strength,the faculty strength of colleges and universities in Henan Province is higher overall,but the distribution of faculty is not balanced,and the curriculum is restricted by the faculty.Make the following recommendations:1.Diversified training mode.Construct a personalized human-centered teaching management model with people-oriented and outstanding characteristics;focus on the combination of production,study and research,implement diversification in training objectives,curriculum and teaching mode;highlight the cultivation of innovative and practical ability;implement flexible learning system.2.Modular course structure.Build a curriculum structure model in which basic education and professional education are balanced;increase interdisciplinary knowledge education and expert lectures;strengthen professional frontiers and tools and methods,focus on cutting-edge guidance and method transfer;strengthen postgraduate course selection management,and develop flexible elective courses Mechanism;build a scientific evaluation system.3.Multi-level practical teaching.Teaching methods are diversified and personalized,and inquiry-based learning is the main task.A large number of case teaching is used to teach courses;make full use of modern educational information technology;teaching content should be constantly updated,keep pace with the times;pay attention to individual differences,and cultivate students' interest and will Quality;strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.
