In current years,along with the rapid development of science and technology,as well as brought forward and spread of 'Student-oriented' educational theory.Education is optimizing development itself;at the same time there is also some phenomenon that should deserve our consideration.The first is that many students have bad emotion and antipathy about examination what is the main evaluation method.The second is that the scrape of using and extending of Educational Games.Starting from these factors and based on the analyses of this phenomenon's appearance causation,this paper discusses mistakes on the design and application of Educational Games from the aspect of game's development,and probes into the function of Educational Games in examination based on Incentive Mechanism.Firstly,the paper get that the attitude toward the examination of students of different age,different school record level,and different through questionnaire.It includes the fondness to examination,the understanding of the function of examination,the effect of examination and the view of the cheating behaviors in the examination,and so on.Then the survey result is analyzed based on it.So the ponder of "how to draw out learning motivation" appears.Subsequently,it integrates the incentive and motivation theory in Management,Psychology,and Pedagogy,taking the Chinese game market as the background,analysis present educational game existing problems from development trends of PC games.Secondly,it integrates the Incentive Theory and Game Design theory,analysis Motivation system and Incentive Mechanism in PC games.Basing on it,the paper confers the necessity and feasibility of combination of the examination and the incentive-based educational games.And then combining with the game case,it analyzes how to choose and design the Incentive Mechanism that applied in the examination for the different levels of students in educational game.Thirdly,the essay designs a small game named Mystery Digital Box based on the Awareness and Operations of Digit in elementary school.In the course of the game, students can not only test their own knowledge,but also can make themselves integrated into the game situations consciously,stimulate students' interest in learning and intrinsic motivation to learn,and promote learning.It is hoped that the design and development of this game can provide a new teaching ideas for the vast of the educators in the use of educational games to teach. At last,it makes a brief overview of the harvest and lack in the subject of the essay. And look ahead research direction in future.In the course of this research,I gets a more profound understanding of the necessity of the combination of the theory and practice of the education,deep-rooted experience of educational problems,the design and application of educational games,and a clear understanding to improve education. Optimization of teaching has a long way to go,and it needs a lot and meticulous work. However,because of lack of many conditions,the research has not been perfect,and it needs to improve in the future.
