Kinematics Analysis On Tennis Serve Between China's Elite Player And International Top Players

Research purposesThrough the kinematics analysis of serve action of outstanding tennis players,this research reveals the inherent characteristics and laws of the action,and provides the corresponding theoretical basis for teaching and training.Research methodsThis paper takes Yang Yimin,Andre Agassi and Michael Chang as the research object. Mainly using the three-dimensional picture analysis and the comparative analysis,taking the related theory of sports biomechanics as the basis,carries on the qualitative analysis and the quantitative evaluation to its technical movement.Research results1.The highest point of place-up is 2.574 meters in Yang's serve.And the gap between the highest point of place-up and the point of hitting is 0.830 meters.But for Agassi,these two data are 2.841 meters and 0.056 meters.Then for Chang,these two data are 3.246 meters and 0.559 meters.2.The lowest point of head is about 0.071 meters higher than the height of the body center of gravity when Yang's back scratch is over.But for Agassi,the lowest point of head is about 0.189 meters lower than the height of the body center of gravity.And for Chang,the lowest point of head is about 0.205 meters lower than the height of the body center of gravity.3.At the moment of hitting the ball,the speed of Yang's head is 19.847 meter per second. And Agassi's is 33.567.Chang's is 3.977.4.When Yang pedals from the ground for serving,the height of the body center of gravity is 1.124 meters and the vertical speed is 0.573 meter per second.At the moment of hitting ball,the height of Yang's body center of gravity is 1.251 meters.But for Agassi,these data are 1.579 meters,1.012 meter per second and 0.056 meters.Then for Chang,these data are 1.317 meters,0.701 meter per second and 0.559 meters.Conclusion1.The place-up is too high in yang's serve.And the gap between the highest point of place-up and the point of hitting is too big.2.The lowest point of head is higher than the height of the body center of gravity when Yang's back scratch is over,which reflects Yang's back scratch is inadequate.3.Compared with Agassi and Chang,Yang has a wide gap in the swing speed and in the speed of head.Especially at the moment of hitting,the head speed of Agassi is 1.69 times faster than Yang's,while Chang's even reaches 1.71 times more.4.Yang has adequate technology of lower limb and reasonable movement.But has a certain gap in the aspect of vertical speed of pedal from the ground for serving and the height of the body center of gravity for the moment of hitting balls,comparing with the top tennis players in the world.
