With the New Curriculum reform, one of it's basic concepts—To Pay attention to the education links with real life is accepted by people. The new general high school biology curriculum standards, which were promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2004, pointed out that"Students need to know the application and the likely impact of biological science and technology in daily life, production, and social development. They should learn to use the biological knowledge to analyze and solve some practical problems in life. They should concern with social problems which are related to biology and they will take the initiative to form a sense of participation in social decision-making."To achieve these goals, we need to make the education links to life and return to life.In this paper, the connotation and theoretical basis of teaching to life are clearly expressed. It also discusses the necessity and importance of the teaching of biology to life in middle school. This paper wants to study how to introduce teaching resources of life and make instructional design in a rational manner using the specific cases of teaching. The purpose of this study is to enhance students'thinking and problem-solving ability, so to realize the value of biology curriculum. Through this way, I hope that this paper will be conducive to the New Curriculum reform, and it will provide a reference for the implementation of the new general high school biology curriculum standards.
