Concept of life is an important component of biological core accomplishment,including the concept of structure and function,the concept of evolution and adaptation,the concept of matter and energy,and the concept of homeostasis and balance.Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017)emphasizes more emphasis on the concept of life.“Teachers provide students with a variety of rich and representative facts and help students establish biological concepts through the abstraction and generalization of facts”.Therefore,it is feasible to cultivate the concept of life with rich examples in life.This article,literature research methods are used to comb the concept of life and the research status of life-oriented teaching at home and abroad.Teaching practice research in a middle school in Zhangzhou through teaching experiment method.PEP High School Biology compulsory one for the research carrier,through the teaching practice,sum up the corresponding life concepts in each chapter,and listed life concepts related to life,to initially build life-based teaching and training of life concept of teaching process combined with the teacher questionnaire further Optimize the process and create specific cases.Through questionnaire surveys,interviews,and tests to analyze students' interest in learning,academic performance,and PISA test scores result practical conclusions.The results of teaching practice show that the life-oriented teaching methods have a positive correlation with the improvement of students' learning interest,academic achievement,and PISA test scores,for the teaching of the concept of life to provide a theoretical perspective and reference.
