Concept is the pioneer of behavior. The subject will be difficult to instruct people's lives and behavior if there is no correct concept of discipline. Either from the chemical history of scientific development,or from the reform of chemical basic education curriculum, chemical scientific concepts should be the study of chemical content, and should be taken seriously. Students can securely and accurately, even if only qualitatively establish the basic chemical concepts, should be the first target of school chemistry teaching. The new round of basic education curriculum reform in our country advocated students to participate in studies, willing to explore, be diligent hands in science aspects, in addition, it also calls for students to collect and process information capabilities, the ability to obtain new knowledge, analysis and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity of exchanges and cooperation. The device of the held technology is easy to handle, the outcome is accurate, these characteristics are in line with parts of new curriculum'opinion. All of these made it possible to use in the science teaching in middle school. At present, the handheld technology has had a wide range of applications and research in middle school science textbooks in many countries and regions. However, the domestic research about held technology is still focusing on the teaching study and the development of experiment. There is also no empirical study on that if the held technology playing a key role in the development of students'chemical concept. The purpose of this experiment is to study the issue.Five parts are included in this paper. In the introductory remarks, we did a brief introduction about the main chemical concepts, such as hand-held technology research, the significance of this study and related concepts have also been defined. The second part of the article gave a more comprehensive introduction on the methods of the study. The third part of the article is statistics the experimental questionnaire used in the study and summary of an interview with secondary school students. The forth part of the article is mainly sum up the results of statistics and analysis: the concept of experimental class students more obvious changes. The concept of male students more obvious changes, learn basic chemistry students have the same role in promoting. In the end of the study is how to make use of hand-held technology in future recommendations according to the results of experiments. Part V of the article on the experimental results described and the experimental process of reflection problems.
