The teachers' belief directly influences the teachers' teaching action, and the teachers' teaching action illustrates the teachers' inner belief as well. The case study comes from a rural primary school, Lotus Primary School in Xili Town, Yiyuan Country of Zibo City. The study focuses on the theme of the teaching belief, the author observes the teachers' daily teaching, analyzes the implied teaching belief, and try to clarify what the belief really means to the rural teachers.The study applies narrative study method to investigate the school on the spot, to write down what the author hears and sees, and to collect the rules, documents and scripts of the school. On this base, the author tries to summary, analyze and interpret the information.The author records why they choose to be teachers, how they become teachers, the communication between teachers and the students and their life outside school, analyzes how the teaching belief influences the teachers' daily teaching, and inquiries the transformation of their teaching belief.Combining with related research findings, the author supposes to strengthen the teachers' belief. That means the teachers should make the deep love for education enterprise as the base of their teaching belief. "Preach, teach and answer" is the professional demand of teaching belief, "professional dedication, insatiable in learning and tireless in teaching" is the specific embodiment of teachings' belief. Only in this way, teachers' teaching belief can be internalized into their real teaching action.
