Education is a practical activity based on belief.Teachers' educational beliefs not only affect teachers' educational behavior,but also affect the overall quality of education.However,the current understanding of teachers' educational beliefs shows a tendency of instrumentalism and pays more attention to teaching skills.In fact,educational belief is not a product of interaction with society,environment and culture,but of specific cultural psychological characteristics.Choosing the perspective of cultural psychology to study teachers' educational beliefs has certain theoretical value and practical significance.This paper mainly adopts the narrative research method,enters the school life world of a post-70 s teacher,in the real scene,through the long-term,thorough,meticulous participatory observation,"deep drawing" the detail and the fact,constructs a group of research object's teaching story.Let the research object's educational belief characteristic present in front of the reader,analyze and study the teacher's educational belief trait from the perspective of cultural psychology.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts:First of all,based on the exploration of teachers' educational beliefs,the research methods and perspectives of this paper are selected by combing and reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad and clarifying the relevant core concepts.In this paper,the narrative research method and cultural psychology perspective are used to explain.Secondly,through the domain of a cooperative teacher and the subjective construction of the teacher's own culture,it plays an important role in the generation and development of teachers' educational beliefs.And construct its culture,create positive and positive teachers' educational beliefs.Observe the educational events,tell its educational stories in the educational life scene.Thirdly,analyze the Z religion through the observed educational stories.The hidden view of education,the view of students and the view of teacher behind the teacher's educational behavior,deeply expound the actual state of their educational beliefs.Finally,with the help of the perspective of cultural psychology,the author analyzes the characteristics of cooperative teachers' educational beliefs.The cultural field of teachers reflects the practical value of this study.
