The liver is an important metabolism organ. Participating in the metabolism of carbohydrate, protein and lipid. It has a very important effect on the synthesis and transportation of endogenous lipid. The liver cell always intake FFA from blood and then synthesis TG,phospholipids and cholesterol ester etc. It sends the lipid into blood in the form of LDL in time, because the liver can't store the lipid. The lipids used by Peripheral tissue are from exogenous lipid after meal and from endogenous lipid before meal. The liver makes a central important effect on keeping the dynamic balance of lipid metabolism. So someone called AS liver disease. SR-B1 (scavenger receptor B type I) and ABCA1 (ATP-binding cassette transporter A1) are two important proteins on the metabolism of lipid in liver, making very important function on RCT and AS. The paper focused on the effects of different kinds of exercises on SR-B1 (scavenger receptor B type I) and ABCA1 (ATP-binding cassette transporter A1) mina expression of mice in liver. The study on the influence of exercise on SR-B1 (scavenger receptor B type I) and ABCA1 (ATP-binding cassette transporter A1) can give us a better comprehension of the effects of SR-B1 (scavenger receptor B type I) and ABCA1 (ATP-binding cassette transporter A1) and the relationship of SR-B1 (scavenger receptor B type I) and ABCA1 (ATP-binding cassette transporter A1) and diseases related to fatness such as arteriosclerosis. And we can also regard SR-B1 (scavenger receptor B type I) and ABCA1 (ATP-binding cassette transporter A1) as target gene to design new medicine for the treatment of arteriosclerosis. Then we can explore the mechanism of exercise's effects on diabetes and related diseases, which can give us some references for the design of exercise prescription.30 male SAMP8 mice aged 6 months were chosen, weighed 30.45±1.31 g. Mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control group (C, n=10), the treadmill running exercise group (E, n=10), the mice-ladder exercise group (R, n=10). The rats of exercise group swam 5 days a week, and were exercised for 8 weeks. After the training, inspected the expression of SR-B1 (scavenger receptor B type I) and ABCA1 (ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 in liver and the plasma levels of TC, TG and HDL-C.Results:(1) 8 weeks treadmill exercise promoted the lipid metabolism of SAMP8 mice. Reduced the level of TC and TG in blood, increased the level of HDL-C in blood. However, mice-ladder exercise hasn't promoted the level of HDL-C in blood seriously. And also haven't reduced the level of TC and TG in blood exactly. The effect of exercise on HDL-C,TC and TG have no obviously difference between this two kinds of exercise.(2) 8 weeks treadmill exercise promoted the expression of SR-B1 and ABCA1mRNA in liver, but mice-ladder exercise have not promoted the expression of SR-B1 and ABCA1mRNA in liver apparently. And the effect of treadmill exercise is more significant. And the effect of exercise on the expression of SR-B1 and ABCA1mRNA in liver has no difference evidently.Conclusions:8 weeks treadmill exercise can decrease the concentration of blood lipid and promote the ability of lipid metabolism. As a result, reduce the chance of AS. But the effect of treadmill exercise is much better than mice-ladder exercise. It probably because the treadmill exercise is more close to moderate intensity exercise and it's benefit to the lipid metabolism; however, the mice-ladder exercise is more close to resistance exercise, so its effect on the lipid metabolism is not as good as moderate intensity exercise.
