Teacher professional development is one of the main topics about educational reform. The most important problem is how we should promote the teachers professional development in the information age. Because of the appearance of internet, the traditional teacher professional development mode can be improved. The ways of modern information technology are developing and diversifying rapidly, so that the teachers can collaborate and communicate with the export and other teachers from different areas. They can share the knowledge and experience each other. At last, a new mode of teacher professional development is formed. That is the teachers learning community based on internet which is teacher-centered.As an effective form of teacher professional development, the teachers learning community can provide an open and solid environment for teachers' independent and active learning. In the environment, the teachers can collaborate, communicate and share, so as to construct and share the knowledge. In the end, the mode, methods and content of learning are innovated. At the same time, the teachers' professional qualities meet a comprehensive and harmonious development.At present, the most online teachers learning communities are still at an initial stage. They need a long time to become the professional and mature teachers learning communities. Therefore, we designed and implemented all kinds of activities to guide and promote the learning and research of the members. The paper will evaluate the activities in different ways. Taking advantage of the evaluation, we can make many effective suggestions on the development of the learning community.In this paper, firstly it summarized the interrelated documents and elaborated the definitions and general reviews on online learning community and teacher professional development. Secondly, through investigating the existing online teachers learning community, it explained the current situation and problem of community. Based on the above research, I collected the interrelated data about the activities of teachers learning community from Zibo and designed the way of evaluation based on many evaluation tools. Then I evaluated the structure of community, the positions, roles and relations of members, and knowledge construction of community. At last, I analyzed the result of the assessment.From the result of research, we can find that implementing all kinds of activities largely promoted the communication, interaction and knowledge construction of members. It also advanced the development of community. This paper can provide reference for how to construct online teachers learning community. In the end, I summarized the study, and pointed out the further research.
