In the development of education in the country,school education has always existed in the mainstream form.However,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's individualized demand for education is increasing day by day.While accepting universal education in schools,off-campus education has become more and more concerned as an important way and way to meet the needs of students'individualized education.The off-campus education market has also achieved rapid development in recent years.As a core element affecting the development of education,teachers are faced with many unique problems in the construction of teachers in off-campus educational institutions compared with government-led school education.Especially in recent years,with the rapid expansion of the scale of the off-campus education market,the professional development of teachers in off-campus educational institutions is particularly prominent.However,due to various reasons,the professional development of teachers in off-campus educational institutions has not received sufficient attention.In 2018,the Ministry of Education,in conjunction with other departments,carried out the work of comprehensively strengthening and regulating the management of off-campus educational institutions,and issued the " Reducing Measures for Primary and Secondary Schools",which is known as the most stringent " reduction of 30 articles" in history,while mainly regulating the management of off-campus educational institutions.The construction of the teaching staff of out-of-school educational institutions has become a real problem that needs urgent attention.With the development of modern educational technology with the Internet as the core,Internet-based online learning provides a broad space for the independent development of teachers' professional development.As one of the professional development paths of teachers,the teacher network learning community has received more and more attention and research from both theoretical and empirical aspects at home and abroad,but so far,no researchers have come from the perspective of building a teacher network learning community.Explore the path of teacher professional development in off-campus educational institutions.Based on the above understanding,this thesis aims to explore a new path for the professional development of teachers in out-of-school educational institutions based on the combination of theoretical research and empirical research.The main contents of the study are as follows:The first part is the introduction.Including the background,significance,research content and research ideas and methods.Exploring the professional development of teachers in off-campus educational institutions is on the one hand the practical requirement to strengthen the governance of off-campus training institutions.On the one hand,the professional development of off-campus teachers has not received due attention,and the development trend of "Internet+educationl is the education institution teachers.Professional development in the network environment provides technical support.The second part is a review of research.The content covers the definition of concept,theoretical basis and a summary of research status at home and abroad.This study mainly defines the concept of " external education institution teachers","e-learning community","teacher professional development" and "teacher network learning community",and on this basis,the informal learning theory as the basis of this research,The main content and core viewpoints of group dynamics theory and distributed cognitive theory are expounded.Finally,through combing the domestic and foreign literatures in related fields,it provides a certain theoretical guidance for this research,and also proves the theoretical and practical significance of this research.The third part is the investigation and study of the professional development of teachers in off-campus educational institutions.The teachers of several discipline counseling institutions in the K-12 stage of Xi'an were selected as the research objects,and questionnaires and interviews were used to collect the survey data.After the statistics and analysis of the survey results,the paper summarizes and summarizes the main characteristics of the teachers in the professional development process:the professional self-development awareness is strong,the teachers' teaching efficacy is high,the professional learning emphasizes the interaction,the professional development approach Diversified and online professional learning ability is strong.At the same time,it is also found that there are three main problems in the development process of the off-campus teachers:professional learning is limited by time and space,lack of quality learning resources and lack of experts to participate in the guidance.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation,it provides a realistic basis for the construction of the community learning community model for the off-campus educational institutions in the follow-up study.The fourth part is the construction of the community learning community model of teachers in off-campus educational institutions.Firstly,it expounds the importance of building a community of e-leaning community for teachers in the external education institutions from six aspects;breaking through the time and space constraints in professional learning,providing quality learning resources,constructing personalized professional learning paths,and diversifying.Professional learning interaction,strengthening the professional identity of off-campus teachers and saving the cost of professional training for off-campus teachers.Secondly,on the basis of determining the construction principles and elements,the teacher network learning community model is constructed,and the learning subjects,resource construction,learning methods and learning interactions in the community are analyzed.Finally,the strategy of building a network learning community practice platform based on the model is proposed,which mainly includes four aspects:the education administrative department's overall guidance,the participation of the external education institutions,the development of the company to provide technical support and the establishnent of various student management teams.
