Interaction is the most important feature in using Web2.0 social networking software.The structure and depth of interaction directly affect the quality of online knowledge construction and the accumulation of practical knowledge. Previous research shows that online interaction with high degree of compact and reciprocity structure, and more cognitive contents are very benefitial for high level of knowledge construction. As teachers are special learners, there are so many theoretical arguments on how to improve their online interaction, but there is lack of empirical research and data support.In order to explore the factors and propose practical strategies for teacher's online interaction, the author did a lot of research work based on the Yongkang regional teacher's professional development platform.On one hand, it could provide empirical evidence on research of teacher's online learning. On the other hand,it could provide assessment and decision for teacher's further education.Based on the backgrounds and purposes above, this article studies two teacher online communities:"Advanced psychological counseling class" and "Primary Mathematics senior class",for the propose of "the factors of teacher's online interaction" and by using network analysis method, content analysis method and so on.Firstly, the author resolved "the structure problem" by using network analysis. By doing quantified coding with online interactive text of two teams, as well as introducing and analyzing the key indicators of overall network, the author not only summed up the network structure of two online communities and characteristics of core members, but also made comparison with the two teams.Secondly, the author collected data by using questionnaire and interview methods, analyzed the structure of real interaction, and tried to isolate structural reasons for teacher's online interaction.Thirdly, from the perspective of knowledge construction, the author builds a content analysis system on teacher's knowledge construction for online learning procedure, and in accordance with this framework classified the online interactive text in order to find the features of teacher's interaction.During the research, we found that there are some leaders and key members in the online community, these members are generally group leader, monitor and class cadres in real-time training; the partners they would like to choose during online interaction are excellent teachers; the level of teacher's online knowledge construction is high, but lacking in convergence, test and consensus of ideas.Based on the study, this paper points out several factors which influent teacher's online interaction. There are five aspects:(1)structure and composition of online community; (2)reality interactions;(3)design interaction platform; (4)teacher's personal attitudes, needs, and professional development stage;(5)policy and leadership support. The author proposes some strategies and methods to improve the quality of interaction and knowledge construction, from the following aspects:(1)Not only optimize the structure of teacher's realistic training community and use more ways to group every subgroup, but also give full play to the function of famous teachers;(2)Hold diversity of real-world activities to promote understanding and communication between teachers in community;(3) Perfect the social interaction function of this professional development platform;(4)Change teacher's conception on learning and professional development;(5) Provide diversified evaluation mechanisms and policies.
