| Contemporarily, culture has become an important component of national comprehensive strength, an important aspect of international communication, as well as an important issue in national integration or conflict. Human is the cultural inventor, but also the cultural creation, through cultural succession, communication and creation, to promote the socialization, civilization, and personalization in order to shape the sound individuals. Values are the top level of culture, which is the core of culture, and human's activities are instructed by the values. Human's activities and their results, in the final analysis, but are the external performance of the values. The development of human, in fact, is a process to make an effort toward being a person of self-complete culture.Through developing human's mind culture is to transform the world, and culture has a significant impact on person's values and value orientation. Culture affects people's value orientation, and then when participating in social practices, people will make the different value options, thus which leaves certain influence to the society.Nowadays a variety of values exist side by side. The confrontation and conflicts among the values will inevitably lead to people confused on the values orientation. Especially in today's increasingly open information society, multi-cultural blend with the collision has become fiercer than ever before. During clash and dialogue, people must reflect and make changes on their own value system. Without a doubt, the culture issue as well as people's cultural consciousness is changing people's ideological concept and behavior patterns which promotes us to re-examine and reflect on our own values, outlook on values and think of its contemporary significanceThis paper focuses on value orientation of human, and the author attempts to clear about values orientation from the cultural perspective. It is hoped that this effort will make a little constitution to the further study.
