Education is a cultivating activity based on a premise of life.So is higher education,which imparts knowledge,inspires wisdom and guide life.Life education proves the neglect of life education at school and seriousness to trample on life.Higher education is disputed and rebuked from every respect,but more solutions are suggested such as development on the basis of life.The basic requirement of life is the meaning of living.Assertion of life belief education is care of life,which is regarded as the highest requirement and scared principle.The person who cares life is one who firstly believes in and admires life.Belief,as a spirit support,sustains human life.Human beings will lose spiritual family and have nothing to depend on in their soul without it.This research concerns the absence of life belief education of undergraduates and countermeasures.Firstly,we limit the scope of life belief by literature retrieval.On the basis of research on philosophy of existence and belief theories,we define life belief education and discuss the value of it.Secondly,we investigate the undergraduates' views of life belief with questionnaire and interview interviews.By investigation and analysis we reflect the life belief education of undergraduates and explore the reason.Finally,on the level of practice we raise the accordingly reasonable and effective countermeasure of the execution and development of life belief education and grasp the principle of life belief education.We try to widen the research clues and views of life belief education of Chinese undergraduates.Research and practice on life belief education involves in each respect of the whole education and has no systematic analysis and research.With the viewing angle of life belief education,this paper intend to perform a profound analysis about the current life belief education,this paper intend to perform a profound analysis about the current life belief education in China.By the explanation of the theory on life education,we tend to display another viewing angle to develop the research on life education.This paper refers to life education in Britain,America and the region of Taiwan,which is helpful to this research on life education in Main Land of China.On the basis of former research,we synthesize the previous form of investigation and design the questionnaire and interview outline catering to this paper,which provides effective evidence for this research.Concerning the research of countermeasures,we assert "setting up life education center depending on schools" by absorbing foreign experience and combining the reality of universities in China.We expect that teachers adopt the educational manner of "face life in the way the life does".We hope to overcome difficulties to add to a theory research subject in the field of life education.We also hope this paper can inspire the execution of undergraduates' life education and cause attention of cultivation of life belief.No absorption of Chinese traditional cultural theory is the limit of this research because of the author' immature philosophy theory knowledge,insufficient recognition of belief and the absence of practical experience of life education.This research is merely a beginning of continuous and profound consideration.Like study furthers step by step,this research is only one of steps leading to the top of the research.More effort of research workers is needed.I wish my consideration could inspire the contemporary life education.
