Analysis And Development Strategy Study Of Hebei Sanda Sports

More than twenty years ago Sanda game rose in China.While Hebei sports team's scores have been declining.Therefore,In order to promote the province's Sanda sports development,it is necessary to survey the current status of our province's Sanda exercise, analyze existing main problems in our province's Sanda exercise and bring forward the corresponding solutions.The paper studies the current development of our province's Sanda exercise through literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,observation and mathematical statistics research methods,the conclusion is as follows:Athletes team status quo:The number of Hebei Sanda competitive athletes is small and the provincial team athletes are few,who are mainly from the martial arts school.Most of tbe athletes started the systematic training very eary;first-line players' Special physical fitness are not comprehensive and psychological qualities are not good as well.Usually before the games the athleletes' overall physical and mental status are not good and play badly in the majority of competitions.The majority of athletes' awareness of competition and training motivation are correct.The training attitudes of most first-line athletes are not active. Athletes' training time is adequate.First-line athletes do not pay attention to relaxation training while the Museum School and the Urban School athletes do better;the main problems in the training process are bad restorations of bodies;Most athletes' attitudes to cultural knowledge are ordinary,the major problems encountered in the study are the poor foundation and bad learning atmosphere.Coaches Team Status:Team of Hebei Province and City School coaches' age structure is reasonable,the Museum School coaches are young;the number of excellet coaches studying and graduating from the Sports Colleges after retirement is small.Provincial teams and the majority of the city sports school coaches long,the majority of museum school coaches teach a fewer number of years.Provincial Team Coaches guide autocratic manner,the majority of City School and the Museum School Coaches guide belong to cooperative manner.Coaches in our province are in work,work motivation is conducive to the development of our province Sanda.Province team and the city of General School Coaches of high-quality,but a general lack of psychological,pedagogical knowledge and the special theory of knowledge, innovation and research capacities.Provincial teams and the majority of the city's sports school coaches continuing education is better.The status of referee team:In Hebei Province,the age structure of first—degree and above Sanda referees is reasonable。They have received higher education and the majority of them engage in teaching and training and related work;they have got their levels and being referees for mang years,their professional ethics are good,they love their jobs deeply;their work motivation is to make contribution to the cause of Sanda,;refering well,but few of them have participated in national-level referee training or act as referee in above national level matches.Safeguard Mechanism Status:Provincial Sports Bureau and more emphasis on Sanda project,part of the city of Sanda Sports Bureau does not attach importance to the project; provincial team training inadequate funding;the treatment of our province is not high Sanda coaches,referees executive remuneration general,retired athletes to protect is not optimistic. Management mechanism of the status quo in our province and the provincial team of Sanda City School coaches are prepared with the cause of national staff,the Museum School belong to private schools,the coaches are used appointment;of coaches are mainly based on the evaluation score game;for more stringent evaluation of coaches.The management of the athletes are the main coach is responsible for system management of the athletes a more comprehensive and strict.According to the status quo in our provincial Sanda sports current situation raised questions of development strategy are as follows:develop special physical fitness of athletes comprehensively;strengthen the mental training of athletes;strengthen the relaxation of athletes after training;strengthen communicating combats between the provincial team and other trong teams;perfect the knowledge capacity of coach Members,change the coaching way of the provincial team coaches;improve the training processes and programs;enrich the coaches'training methods;restore and upgrade the level of coaches team;strengthen our province nominated referees in the National competition;strengthen Sanda penetration, improve the selection system;prevent the loss of elite athletes,and improve the provincial athletes team and competitive mechanism,improve the training conditions;to strengthen the City School Leaders of the degree of importance attached Sanda project;develop Sanda market in our province;increase funding for the provincial training team;develop an effective incentive mechanism;improve the treatment of coaches,correctly guide the direction of the grass-roots level athletes cultivate and increase the number of provincial competitions.
