Study On Inheriting And Developing Strategy Of Hebei Traditional Wushu In The Context Of Harmonious Society

Constracting harmonious society is a significant guarantee for national modernization. The harmony of society includes the harmony of culture of which is the most important characteristic and the spiritural drive. It needs to carry forward the elite of harmonious culture in Chinese traditional culture and to dig and exhibit these by various cultural forms in order to bring harmonious society into effect.There is concrete historical connotation and cultural value in traditional Wushu. The system of virtue of martial artists is constituted by justice, equity, loyalty, moral integrity, and faith as its core, which requires martial artists to "follow the merits and devise the dismerits likewise." in order to adjust the relationship between oneself and the society. The virture is further deducted to the affection to one's country and people, and the emphasires on one's moral principles. Besides, traditional wushu is a significant foundation to harmonious culture foe it embodies Chinese people's behavior, such as our taste ,value, ideal,etc, and illustrates the spirit of "people oriented", which is closely bound up with people's daily life .It is obvious that the protection of traditional wushu, the immaterial cultural heritage, is not only the necessity to carry out scientific development, but also to maintain national cultural safety, elevate civilians' level, call together national spirit, promot the constraction of culture of harmony, and the last, provide more cultural material for the the constraction of harmonious society.According to a relevant survey, there were about 50 schools of Chinese boxing that distribute in Hebei, such as Taijiquan, Bajiquan, Baguazhang, Pigua, Yanqingquan, Plum-Blossom Boxing, etc. It is a pity that, up to now, as one of the most important wushu inherited area, Hebei still hasn't explored systematically into its abundant wushu material; The exploration of schools is not enough; The inherit is facing great crisis. Nowadays, when the idea of harmonious society is becoming more and more populer, it is the duty bound to wushu organizers and also a grave topic for discussion to promote hebei traditional wushu and transfer it from present traditional status to a mordern one.The research of this thesis adopts data method, interview method, inquisition method, and logical analysis,etc.to carry on the inquisition to the present conditions of Hebei traditional wushu and its developing strategy. According to the results, the development of Hebei traditional wushu is not too optimistic for it is facing great inheriting crisis. The environment of constructing harmonious society has provided favorable objective condition for Hebei traditional wushu while the develpoment of traditinal wushu inside and outside our country has offered theoretical experience. As for the strategy, the experts accord that it is should be established on Hebei's situation and the core of the inheriting system should be the individuals. At the same time , Hebei traditional wushu base must be set up to ensure the harmonious development of the four loops, namely, the middle part of Hebei, the eastern part of Hebei, the surrounding area of Beijing and Tianjin, and the southern part of Hebei.Taking the experts' viewpoints into consideration, we further put forward following suggestions to promote the development of Hebei traditional wushu: first, to explore and extend it as an important item of "Fitness and leisure loop arrouand Beijing and Tianjin"; secondly, to inherit and develop it on human culture tradition basis, combine the cultural tradition contained in Hebei traditional wushu (such as generosity, bravery and knight-errantry, warrior and affection to one's country) with the spirit in the new period (such as diligency and modesty, faith and righteousness, lenience and toleration, impersonality and innovation) .Thirdly, to expedite the mordern change of traditional wushu the immaterial cultural heritage itself, therefore, make it the main item of "sunlight sports" in Hebei even in the whole country. The last, to hold High-level thraditinal wushu contests in Hebei and gradually engender an intercommunication roof with bright region cultural character.To sum up, the inherit and development of Hebei traditional wushu is of great significance for the construction of cultural Hebei, harmonious Hebei and charming Hebei. This research not only provides material for the construction of harmonious society, in a certain extent, but also offers theoretical foundation for decision-making administrations, simultaneously, it is of great importance for the development of Hebei wushu.
