Effect And Countermeasure Of Interest Differentiation To Building Socialistic Harmonious Society

To build a harmonious socialism in China is a historic strategy taken by Communist Party of China under the new situation. Constructing a harmonious society is an important content of strenthening the construction ability of administration of CPC. A harmonious society is one with reasonable social structure, fufilled commmon value and common value, reached scientifically arranged system. Harmonious society means a society which is human-oriented, diversified, reasonable, just and balanced. With the reform developing in depth, people have experienced great changes in their relationships of interests. As their interests have gradually disintegrated, their conflicts and clashes concerning their interests are also increasing and intensifying. The article analyses the general state of Chinese profit division since reform and openness and from the political view the article also analyses its positive role playing in propelling building of Chinese political power, promoting reasonal allocation of power resources and helping development of socialist democracy and socialist legal system forward as well as the negative effect bringing to Chinese politics. So this kind of interest differentiation should have its ration, and build on just, fair and in good order. Only like this, could it be helpful to the increase of efficiency and development of social production, which meets the need of the time. Thus, how to further improve China's legal construction under the new situation, and coordinate the multiple interests of the main contradictions in the conflict and maintain social stability in the sustained and healthy development of a new type of social harmony, is a very worth exploring theoretical front. Based on the above reasons, this paper analyzes the key problems and explores methods to solve these problems.
