From the 80s of 20thCentury,imagery training has been used in physical education, especially in the comparatively complicated motions. The theoretical research and practice of imagery training have nearly 100 years'history. With the gradual confirm of its effect, imagery training, as an efficient accessorial teaching and training method, has become one of the relatively broadly used psychological training methods in the practice of athletic sports. It plays an important role in the cultivation and encouragement of sport skills and study motivation, and the overcoming of psychological barrier. In the practice of physical education, the fully use of imagery enginery of human mind and efficient imagery training method have a positive impact on the teaching quality. According to the distinction between different sensory channels, the imagery can be divided into visual imagery, auditory imagery, smell imagery, taste imagery, motion perception imagery, tactile imagery and the pain imagery. Compared with the same kind research, this article is based on aerobics inherent characteristics of the sports, adding auditory and visual imagery in aerobics motor skills study .The aim of this text is investigating the teaching effect of the two kinds imagery that using in aerobics motor skill learning.This research select two natural class students of suzhou Vocational Institute of Technology 2008 aerobics classes option. The research use cultural heritage method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, and the teaching experiment of the method etc. Theories, domestic and international research present condition making use of idea auditory imagery and visual imagery to carry on to elaborate from the theories to the process of studing aerobics motor skills, inquiry in to tally up to train concerning the idea, described the process of aerobics motor skill learning to take the implement process of the two kinds imagery practice. Passing for a semester 32 the teaching experiment, research and analysis the experimental results after the teaching experiment and its conclusion is as follows:1,At the first stage of aerobics motor skill learning, the use of visual imagery can be speed up the appearance of the formation of student movements and help beginners master the technology2,Adding auditory imagery after a two-stages of the aerobics motor skill is conducive to improvements in technology improve .3,Using of auditory imagery in aerobics motor skill learning, aerobics embodies the music and motion in the intrinsic unity.4,Adding auditory imagery practice in the course of aerobic motor skill learning, can more effectively improve the coordination of student ability and contribute to improve the technology in action.
