The professional guiding as the essentials of school-based educational research has arose many persons' attention in the field of academic research and practical work when the school-based educational research of primary and middle schools is spreading deeply under the new curriculum reform. The professional guiding can enhance the actual effects of the school-based educational research, accelerate depth development of the school-based educational research, exploit the new complexion of the teachers' independent research and the schools' independent guiding. But the effects of the professional guiding in the school-based educational research are not satisfactory. There are many academic or practical problems. We must research the implemental matter of the professional guiding for accelerating depth development of the school-based educational research and professional development of teachers.The implement of the professional guiding in the school-based educational research is the activities in which professional researchers, basing on the angles of view and experience of themselves and teachers, according to the actual educational needs of school and teachers, realize the effective transmission of professional information in the field of education and teaching through the communion and feedback between theories and practices in the equal and cooperative atmosphere. After finishing the systemic pectination of inland and overseas correlative research, this study, basing on knowing the actual problems in the professional guiding of the school-based educational research, demonstrate the necessity and the feasibility of the professional guiding, summarize and equrate the aim, significance, personnel, content, form and implement by referring the correlative researches, put forward the implemental principles and the implemental policies of the professional guiding by combining the theories of psychology, sociology and communication.
