After implementing new course reform,China's basic education advocate school—based teaching research, education authorities and school pay great attention to "professional guiding",there exist a lot of Professional guiding of general studies ,but the Chinese subject of professional guiding is too little. Chinese is a large number of the most controversial subjects. Compared with other subject teachers, Chinese teacher is also a special group, Therefore, Chinese teachers need more effective professional guiding, but this respect is lack of systematic theoretical exploration. I intend to study in the base of a school's practice, trying to study the case in the base of this school, in order to explore suitable effective way of professional guiding for primary school Chinese teachers.This study adopts qualitative research methods,understanding deeply the status and existing problems of professional guiding of primary school Chinese teachers, and I intend to undertake attribution analysis through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, field observation, analysis of classroom observation. Finally, in the guiding of the "localization" concept of professional guiding, I take the professional guiding of primary Chinese teacher as case study, from anthropological field work methods, I want to find a effective way of professional guiding of primary school Chinese teachers and put Forward feasible proposal to primary school Chinese teachers. The main thesis is divided into there parts:Chapter 1 llustrates the background and significance of research, including the content, organization and methods of study.Chapter 2 llustrates the professional guiding's status, confusion, misunderstanding, and needs of Chinese teachers of C primary school.Chapter 3 illustrates there exits great difference of guiding content and guiding way, of which the expert guide.Chapter 4 put forward the implementation of effective professional guiding to primary school Chinese teachers,and illustrate professional guiding is a systematic process, which must be establish a sound system and form a good mechanism, but also the formation of "mentor group" and optimize internal member division of labor, implementing value guiding and conduct guiding on different stages of Chinese teachers.
