The Research On Technique Analysis And Development Countermeasure On Single Of Aerobic Gymnastics In China's University Students

Our country'aerobic team had been joined seven times the World Aerobics competitions since 1995. From the seventh ,the results had a big imprument and had broken the records of medols. Until the tenth ,china won No1 in six-men, No3 in single men, No 5 in single women , No 2 in tri-men and No 2 in total. China's Aerobics have made outstanding achievements in the World Aerobics competitions. But we must reflect our'insufficient in time. Score from the two World Aerobics competitions in 2006 to 2008, men's singles from the first slide into the third and women's singles from the second slide into the fifth. How to improve our country competitive calisthenics exercise single-person project skills, reduce the gap between the world level, our country'Gymnastic team are urgently required in depth study. University Students are the main force of our country'Gymnastic team( there are 13 athletes in 2006 but 11 are students in school; 13 athletes in 2008 but 10 are students in school; ). Therefore this paper studies the technological level of China's University Students, Draw relevant conclusions, and put forward corresponding countermeasures, University Students with a view to improve our country competitive calisthenics technical level of single-person projects, So as to improve our country competitive calisthenics overall level of single-person project to provide reference.According to the rules of 2005-2008 with FIG in Sports Aerobics. Aimed several aspects of the technological level, Study the top three men's singles, women's singles in 2007 Sports Aerobics of University and the Champion of Aerobics World Championship in 2008.Through literature, video analysis, inductive analysis, mathematical statistics, expert interviews conducted study results show that:1. In the Competition results, through analysis the men's singles players of university students in China each other ,the gap of the scores were completed, the arts and more difficult. Therefore, the completion of high-quality action and a higher artistic creation are important. the women's singles players'gap of the scores were difficult, completed and the arts. From the analysis we also derived that the gap between the athletes is larger, standard deviation as high as 0.839, shows that single women's are uneven in technical level, a larger gap between athletes, not to good between the athletes to succeed. 2. In difficulty action, the top three of China's college students in the men's singles, difficult moves with the completion of scores lower than world champion; in choice of the difficult groups men's singles player of China's university students to choose a maximum of C group, and in A, B are two sections in the difficult choice of more than world champion; combinations are used in C group and C group or C group.
