The Research Of Employmengt Present Situatuon And Countermeasure Of Aerobics High Level Athlete In Beijing Collehes

The relationship between employment and social stability,is the people's livelihood,livelihood guarantee.In the Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Committee,"Thirteen five planning proposals" in high frequency refers to the employment problem,especially the problem of employment of University students.The proposal also stressed that "to promote entrepreneurship,employment priority" strategy.Thus,the government of our party and people attach importance to the employment problem of the masses.In this new period of"Shi sanwu "development,countries will enhance the talent employment strategy and to solve the national priority level.In fact,the reason is the preferred employment problem,a higher level of employment,especially the employment of College students.In the strategy of science and education,China's college graduates every year in which the number rose sharply,and the professional sports college students have become a special group of employment.High level athletes in universities and colleges of professional is stronger,but the academic is relatively weak,and social demand and supply of college graduates is imbalance,so compared with other professional graduates,the employment of the students' sports is social widespread concern.Based on the above research background,the research on Beijing colleges and universities high level Aerobics athletes as the research object.Beijing University of chemical technology,and others in recent 3 years,part of the sports disciplines Master graduate and mentor and 2015 part recruitment of master of physical education unit related personnel as the research object;using conventional statistical methods,20 universities in Beijing city nearly three session of the high level aerobics has conducted the investigation and study of the employment situation of the athletes.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)2013-2015 years overall average employment rate is 90.09%lower than that of the ordinary athlete employment rate of college graduates nearly six percentage points high level Aerobics in Colleges and universities in Beijing.(2)high level Aerobics Athletes in Colleges and universities in Beijing to implement the employment unit is relatively concentrated,33.1%state-owned enterprises,private enterprises ranked first;24.6%;20.3%other types of institutions,the proportion is low.(3)high level Aerobics Athletes in Colleges and universities in Beijing to implement the employment proportion is the largest area of Beijing,up to 79%;while other employment areas are in the relatively developed eastern city.(4)jobs in Beijing area is saturated,high level athletes,cultural achievements,Employment Tendency and high professional direction are the important factors influencing the employment of Aerobics athletes.Beijing University high level Aerobics Gymnastics Athletes employment difficult problem.In view of this phenomenon,one is from the school of education culture angle to improve,training with the social demand for talent;second is government from the macro level regulation of the employment environment,and guide the correct employment value view;the third is the high level Aerobics Gymnastics Athletes graduates themselves need to improve their employment ability and overall quality of its own,with the vision of development view of employment problem.
