Empirical Study On The Quo Of Competitive Ability Structure Of The Elite Orienteers In China

This paper survey to 109 athletes of the championship elite group, 20 coaches,06 Championship map for the system' s structure and function as the theoretical basis.According to the research results of competitive ability and the premise of the understanding about the competitive status of China's outstanding quo orientation athletes,we compare skills and mental capacity levels of different groups of domestic and foreign athletes and analysis Chinese competitive level,the characteristics.We tries to the index system,the various elements characteristics of competitive ability,structure and models,so as to support reference of directional sports training and promote the development of Chinese Orienteering.The results are:(1) According to expert' screening,we do 3,000 m,5000m as the athletes physical indicators.Results show that:in the middle and long distance item of orienteering,physical fitness and skill ratio are 30 %,50%respectively.It notes that about different distance competition in the orienteering,the stamina is various along with distance and terrain.(2) General characteristics of China's athletes competitive ability: Technical capacity is overall in the third rating level,there is one rating level difference comparing with foreign elite athletes.Issue are:the lack of systematical and meticulous mastering of technology;relative weak link;the level of mental ability that should be further improved is lower than the level of technical capacity and so on.(3)In all technical indicators,map reading,route choice,contour interpretation,direction,racing strategy and control flow can be used for identificating technical level with identification capacity.The intelligence scores of adult group at the higher level are higher than that of youth group.(4) On the basis of analysis competitive ability characteristics of outstanding athletes,we summarize seven factors for the basis and identification indicators,so as to determine the leading factors of the competitive ability of outstanding orientation athletes.And we initially build the competitive ability model of China's outstanding and directional athletes,the system of competition indicator,and determined the weight Of indicators.In Order to Provide reference for athletes and coaches' scientific traning.
