A Study On The Characteristics Of The Main Competitive Ability Of Elite Female Taekwondo Athletes In China

Athletic ability is the direct goal of sports training, which is also the theoretical support for the construction of sports training. In recent years, with the improvement of the level of athletes, the research on the competitive ability has been carried on. The results show that women’s high level taekwondo athletes as the research object.After reading and collecting the documents on sports and other major related, this research summarized that there’s still a lot of deficiencies in the research of athletics ability in our country. For example, poor unity of academic term, inadequate same layer property of the elements and the explanation on ability should also be improved. Besides, there’s also lack on symmetry in the cultivation of competitive ability. By visiting different kinds of experts and setting questionnaires, some basic viewpoints on competitive ability are acquired.This research is intended to fully analysis the competitive ability of female Taekwondo athletes in our country and induces the main facts which influence and restrict the competitive ability. Then relevant quantitative criteria could be given to establish ability structure model for these excellent athletes. And a professional, operable ability evaluation system could be established through this model. All these matters can provide certain theoretical reference and support for the training and selection of Taekwondo in our county. And provide better service for more international competition to get prizes.
