The five sum up after the abstract refinement as the movement essential factor,the skill essential factor and the tactical essential factor three big essential factors.2.Movement essential factor including attack,defensive, defensive counter-attack,step and combination technology.The attack movement may divide into the straight line attack,the horizontal line attack,the longitudinal attack,the revolving attack;The defensive movement may divide into the contact defense and the non-contact defense; The defensive counter-attack is one kind of compound technology,is becomes by defensive and the attack technology combination.The skill essential factor by the speed,the strength,the endurance,keen,pliable but hard to break and so on five basic essential factors constitutes.These five essential factors are the mutual connection,the close coordination.
