| For solving the problem of lack of teaching periods,undisciplined teacher resources and insufficient opportunities for practicing when training a football referee in the universities,yet associated with the situation that we need plenty of referees in the advancement of football, the football teaching and research section of BSU jointly run a referees' class with the Chinese Football Association in 2001.The foundation of this class makes the training-football-referees program in the universities pass into a completely new stage.It has exclusive teaching scheme,definite goal,strict testing system combined with the teaching model treated the thought "developing the refereeing capacity is the most important" as its core.All those above guarantee that the class has made great contribution to make up the group of referees in different levels for the leagues during 7 years.It is believed that the referees' classes have made some achievements and obviously it fits in with the situation that we need systematize the training of referees.By analyzing the condition of the classes,the situation of students and the teaching process as well,this essay mainly find out the advantages and existent difficulties of this program.Not only it provides theoretical reference but it builds up a basis for expanding the program of training football referees in the universities.This essay studies the teaching process and inquired 165 students and 7 teachers from the football-referee classes.With documents and records,interviews of professors,surveys,observations and statistics, finally from the study several conclusions are drawn:1.The foundation of the class conforms to the whole situation that our country need systematize the training of referees.The cooperation with Chinese Football Association has a positive effect on this class. Among the students,95 have passed the national football referees' test of level 1,9 have passed the national football referees' test,2 referee Class A league,2 referee Class B league. 2.The purpose of the class is in complete accords with the one of the college.Simply there are 3 gradations in totality.3.The distribution of periods is at the ratio of 4 to 6 on the base of attaining those aims.That is 60%of the periods is for football skill and the rest 40%is for improving refereeing capacity.Furthermore, 52%of the refereeing periods is for practicing.4.The teaching-model design which united multimedia theory, circumstances simulation,discussion after the practicing and large numbers of refereeing chances is totally fit in with the regular pattern of improving.The figure of refereed matches by students could nearly fulfill the requirements for improving the capacity,but among those matches formal and high-level ones are relatively deficient.5.The testing system adopts the mode of semester tests combined with referees' tests,meanwhile it measures the elimination.6.After analyzing the teaching contents of referees' class systematically,professional psychology and English are areas that the referees can hardly involves in. |
