Study On The Competency Characteristic Model Of Female Referees In Chinese Football Professional League

The referee is a very important part of the football game and plays an important role in the game.As the referee on the field,his duty is to maintain the order of the game,make the most reasonable decision in accordance with the rules,and ensure the fair,smooth,safe and orderly conduct of the game.At present,the rapid development of Chinese female football has put forward higher requirements for the competence of female referees.This study takes the competence of female referees in the 2022 China Football Professional League as the research object,and according to the research ideas of competence,using the methods of literature,key event interview,Delphi,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods,establishes the competency characteristic model of women referees in the 2022 China Football Professional League,and analyzes the data of the indicator system,so as to make the characteristic model comprehensive Objectively evaluate the competence of female referees in China’s professional league,and then realize the scientific and efficient training of women referees,so as to reach the first class in Asia and the world leading level as soon as possible.Contribute to the development of football.The main results are as follows:(1)The competency model of women referees in China Football Professional League was established.The model consists of 4 dimensions and 12 competency indicators.And the content of each index of competency characteristic model is analyzed in detail.(2)The four dimensions are executive ability,personal accomplishment,professional knowledge,and ideological and moral character.The 12 competency indicators are the ability to clearly and accurately confirm the contents of the preparation meeting with the referee team before the competition,the ability to read the competition and deal with emergencies during the competition,and the ability to look at and analyze the problems in the competition from all aspects and angles after the competition,and summarize and improve them;Continuous learning ability(language,application of new rules),excellent physical quality ability(endurance,speed,explosive power),pressure resistance and anti-interference ability;Professional football skills,solid theoretical knowledge of football referee competition rules,sports related laws and regulations;The dedication to serve football,the correct concept of employment,and the sense of responsibility.(3)After inspection,all indicators can comprehensively,objectively and effectively evaluate the competence of female referees in China’s professional leagues,which reflects good controllability and practicality.
