The National football League(NFL) is one of the best successful sport organizations in the world,and is known as the most popular sport league in American's professional sport league.Throughout its 89 seasons, NFL has learned a reputation for integrity,leadership,quality, innovation and rock-solid strength.It has grown from a struggling operation to its current position of extraordinary popularity.A great deal of experience of PR(Public Relations) communications accumulated by NFL & 32 clubs is well worth learning and using for reference.Adopted the documentary analysis,case study,expert interviews, mathematics analysis,the thesis analyzes the PR communication,Vision of the communication,how to do it on the base of lots of first-hand research materials.In this paper,five-stages evolution of NFL of PR communication are studied from the beginning of the spread of awareness of public relations, developing fans market development,and public relations communication activities and the growing number of media relations to a comprehensive highlights public relations,PR communication plays more and more important role.NFL & the clubs has proved vision and responsibility of the PR communication of the league by practice,from the intense competition on the playing field to policies that support development,safety and medical benefits for retired,active and future player;from its commitment to community activism to its partnerships with many of the world' s most influential corporations,from New York to San Francisco and London to Beijing.There are the splendid and fair competition on a level playing field, teamwork,an extraordinary work ethic and a diverse meritocracy.It represents achievement and excellence based on performance.Sharing andthe spirit of community service,the equal chance thrives the NFL league as American's most admired and respected sports league.From the prospective of the public relations,whether the wholly league or any clerk,all have the vision of PR communication,they make effective measures and do the communication of PR to make the league and clubs to add the value.Based on the above analysis,the thesis gave the suggestions for Chinese professional port leagues and organizations.
