With the conversion of our economy and society,from the very beginning of the sixth national games,its intangible asset takes the market operating mode.This article adopts the literature materials,the expert interview,regulated analysis method,logical analysis method.It takes our national economy,the social conversion as the theory and practice premise and the SCP mode in the industry organization theory as the analysis tools,thus emphasizing the research on the structure,conduct, performance of the national games' intangible asset.The conclusion is as follows:1.There existence of the national games is reasonable and possible which is the premise of the analysis in this article.2.In the intangible asset market of the national games,the customer (ie,enterprise) is the demanding side and the government is the supplying side.3.The feature of the intangible asset is total monopoly.The government is the only provider;the products of the government has no substitute,and it occupy the complete ratio;the control on the whole resource and the strict entrance limit from the government determine the high entrance barrier of the national intangible asset.4.The monopoly is rational,but there are also some disadvantages. However in this article,the advantage overweighs the disadvantage for from the features of the market developing of the intangible asset,it needs a transitional period.During this period,the support and supervising from the government is necessary.Besides,from the perspective of public benefit,it also need the intervention of the government.5.The enterprises in the intangible asset market possess the monopoly power,which comes from the unsymmetrical information,strict entrance standard,the supervising of the government and so on.6.The quality of the event and the managing goal of the intangible asset determine that the national game's intangible asset not only contains economic benefit but social performance.According to this standard,there are still many problems existing in intangible asset.In terms of the conclusion above,this article proposes the following advice:1.Promote the rational regulation of intangible asset by way of economic restraint method.2.Elevate the social performance of the intangible asset by way of social restraint method.3.Strengthen the self-restrict and the consciousness of social responsibility by way of transferring the managing concept.
