Research On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Asset Management Of Chongqing A University

Nowadays, higher educational school, as a main base for personnel training and scientific researches, gets a quick speed of development, it play an important role in the development of national economy. On one hand, Because of the restriction of mechanism and management system, Chongqing A University face up the shortage of resource and teaching outlay. On the other hand, it exist the problem of unused resource, wasting and disappearance. Highly shortage and inefficient utility of the colleges has impact on the development of our school.On the basis of confirming the theory on public property of higher education and the management of public property of higher education, Through dimensional analysis, the existing problems concerning the asset management of Chongqing A University are systematically summed up into three aspects. It deeply analyzes the reason of the above problems.Through deeply analysis on the basis of the existing problems concerning the asset management of Chongqing A University, In this paper, systematic counter measures to the existing problems of asset management are put forward on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the existing problems concerning the asset management of our school .in first, it is necessary to make the asset management system better. Secondly, some methods and measures will be adopted to reinforce the management of non-operation asset,the management target of non-operation asset is enhancing efficiency of estate utilization;Lastly, take the asset management as an example of our school; Suitable methods and performance evaluation will be utilized by the establishment of performance evaluation system including single index and comprehensive index, and promote asset management for reaching the Standardization. Through beef up the operation management of rear service, we can enhance the competitive ability and the operation efficiency of rear service. At the same time, the revenue of operation asset investment will be improved. Consequently we can strengthen competitive ability for our school and to provide material insurance for their rapid and continual development.
