Research On The Issue Of Female Workers' Labor Protection

Labor protection as the important fields,occupational safety of workers and relevant personnel safety has actively promoted.With Chinese social,political,and economic development,labor protection also gradually widely concerned with laborer daily work and daily life.Under the leadership of the party and state in the process of construction,and we gradually realize protecting laborers' health and safety issues.This is the importance of Chinese socialist nature and the fundamental purpose.Founding With the development of anything,our labor protection also experienced a process of development,and the transformation.Protection of female workers in the production process of safety and health is Chinese government policies,female worker bears on the burden of economic construction,on the other hand also bear the raising of duty,they are descendants of the enormous labor resources,and cultivate the source of labor resources.Female worker is special labor protection,is not only related to the female worker of health and happiness, but also to our descendants of national health and the improvement of the quality of population.The protection of the female workers' rights means the security and health during the working time.Comparing with the reform of the employment,distribution,social insurance and the medical treatment,female workers' labor protection looks like more lag with some problems in it.Strengthen and improve the existing system of labor protection of women workers is very important,related construction and improvement of the system should be the great importance to the whole society.This article bases on the literature of China female's labor protection.It summaries and analyses the present situation of Chinese woman's labor protection,the existing problems and the reasons.It puts forward the maintenance suggestions of female's labor protection.
