College students are the hope and pillar of future, are the group of advanced value in society, their values are the sensitive reflection and epitome of changing social value. There are a lot of researches on the concept, structure, status and countermeasures of college students'value at home, but less on the relationship between organization loyalty value and personality, so we use self-made College Students'Organization Loyalty Value Questionnaire which has high reliability and validity to study the organization loyalty value of college students and their relation with personality through the investigation to 330 students. The results are following:â‘ College loyalty value includes two parts: they are loyalty goal and loyalty means, and their sub-dimensions are survival need, affiliation need, achievement need, organization approvement, interpersonal relationship, aggression, organization contribution.â‘¡Score of affiliation need in the dimension of loyalty goal is the highest and score of survival need is the lowest; female college students have the higher scores in goal value and means value than male college students; there are significant differences in organization approvement and interpersonal relationship of means loyalty among different grades students; different academic performance students are significantly differ in organization approvement; there are significant differences in every factor of loyalty goal and in organization approvement, interpersonal relationship and aggression factors of loyalty means.â‘¢As a whole, each part of value has a certain relation to personality; conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness to experience and extraversion have most significant regression to aggression factor; neuroticism and openness to experience have most significant regression to affiliation need value. neuroticism and extraversion have very significant regression to organization approvement; extraversion and openness to experience have significant regression to interpersonal relation; extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness have significant regression to organization contribution; agreeableness has significant regression to survival need value; conscientiousness has comparetively significant regression to achievement need value.
