| The competition of knowledge-based economy is the competition between the innovative talents. Enhance the state power on the independent innovation, building an innovation-oriented country; which is innovative talents as the key point. Therefore, the innovative talents training based on the higher education. Cultivated the Students'innovative thinking style, and cultivated advanced innovative talents; which have become an important and urgent task of the educators in colleges and universities. Ideological and political education as an important component of the higher education, which is closely related to the qualified personnel training on innovative. College students as the main force of the high-quality innovative talents, the higher education institutions should give full play to the ideological and political education in personnel innovative training, strengthening and improving ideological and political education concepts, to further improve ideological and political education function for building an innovation-oriented country, which could provide talents protection.
