Study On The Strategy Of The Leisure Spots Industry Market In Wuhan "1+8" City Circle

With the development of modernization and civilization in the society ,people are pay more attention on leisure sports .Leisure sports industry will also play an important role in the urban economy, it can not only expand domestic demand and stimulate economic growth , but also improve people's lives and their qualities.In 2008 ,Wuhan constructed "1 +8" City Circle, and proposed the requirements of the"environment-friendly, resources -friendly"society,which layout different requirements from the past. As a new mode of economic growth,leisure sports industry not only conform to the"environment-friendly, resources -friendly", and also can play a positive role in construct the Wuhan City Circle. Face to the opportunities and challenges,the paper stands from the perspective of the government, analyse that we should choose the development patterns of space integration, large-scale, cross-regional, integrated economic zone. It will increase the scale of leisure sports industry , improve efficient allocation of resources to maximize its economic benefits. Therefore, it has important practical significance on the Wuhan City Circle.Based on researching leisure sports industry and reading many literatures such as economics, management science andsociology,author investigate the the present situation of the leisure sports industry ,and interview with some experts. Through theoretical research and empirical analysis,we found that Wuhan city circle has certain advantages in nature, science and education resources and so on,and we can use the opportunities to construct the city circle. But the leisure sports industry in city circle have many problems,such as market-confusing, lack of professional human resources.And also face to competition from surrounding areas and other leisure industries. In response to this series of questions, the author ,firstly, carried out a preliminary planning, put forward a overall strategic guide and goals,and made the non-equilibrium model of development choices.Next, divide Wuhan city circle into south-east development zone and the north-west development zone as the strategic layout.And then, put sports match and sports tourism in an important role in leisure sports industry.Finally,the author give corresponding strategic measures to governments and enterprises.
