| At present,China has entered the key stage of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.It is an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of the national economy to actively adapt to the new normal of economy and realize the transformation of old driving forces.Sports fitness and leisure industry,as a well-being industry to meet the increasingly diversified sports needs of the people,plays an important role in achieving national fitness and national health,building a strong sports country and a healthy China,and building a new engine and new driving force of economic growth.By using the methods of literature,social investigation,mathematical statistics and in-depth interview,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of Wuhan sports fitness and leisure industry,in order to promote the construction of “healthy Wuhan”,“innovative Wuhan” and “happy Wuhan”,and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of Wuhan sports fitness and leisure industry.Through research and analysis,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of sports fitness and leisure industry in Wuhan is faced with multiple development environments,which are supported by a number of industrial policies and dividends,promoted by the new normal of economy,the rise and expansion of consumption power,the holding of many sports events and fitness and leisure activities,and driven by high-tech and independent innovation forces.(2)The total output and added value of the sports fitness and leisure industry in Wuhan maintained a steady growth trend,and its dominant position in the sports industry was relatively stable.In 2017,the total output of the sports fitness and leisure industry in Wuhan achieved 4.616 billion yuan,with an added value of 2.699 billion yuan,accounting for 14.32% of the value added of the sports industry in Wuhan over the same period.Self-employed households accounted for 51.45% of the added value of the sports fitness and leisure industry in Wuhan in 2016.Industrial competition is fierce,and the industrial structure still needs to be adjusted and optimized;the number of sports and cultural activities and the contribution of the role are not enough,and the core role of the industry needs to be released and strengthened.(3)the mass fitness and leisure activities in Wuhan are becoming more and more extensive and popular.Outdoor sports are gradually rising and growing.E-sports are in the boom stage,which has contributed a lot to the growth of the number of employment.Fitness and fitness development is better.Despite the emergence of the excellent Internet plus fitness enterprises,such as the sports and sports circles,there is a lack of martial arts.Han native soil featured Internet plus sports fitness and leisure leading enterprises.(4)The overall development scale of sports fitness and leisure industry in Wuhan is good,but it also reveals the characteristics of unbalanced development,that is,regional industry imbalance,sports venues imbalance,industrial investment and financing imbalance.The specific performance is as follows: the number of institutions and employment in the central urban area is more than that in the far urban area;the number and area of sports venues in the far urban area is higher than that in the central urban area;the industrial development is limited to the local area,and the degree of international exchange and financing with Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan is not enough;the sources of funds for sports venues are uneven,and the financial funds are more than the private investment.(5)Under the trend of new and old kinetic energy transformation,although Wuhan sports fitness and leisure enterprises have the consciousness of transformation in the development mode and make changes and adjustments in the development mode,the overall development mode of enterprises are relatively traditional.Although new business forms,new technologies,new services,new models and new platforms have emerged,the traditional development mode of Wuhan sports fitness and leisure industry is still the mainstream.It is necessary to accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading to boost the sports fitness and leisure industry in Wuhan as a new driving force for economic growth.(6)The development trend of sports fitness and leisure industry in Wuhan from the perspective of the conversion of new and old kinetic energy: richer supply of formats,more efficient operation and management models,more convenient and intelligent sports experience,more extensive application of scientific information technologies such as the Internet,and services The content and methods are more innovative,and the conversion of new and old kinetic energy promotes the benefits of high-quality industrial development.The main problems and deficiencies in the development of sports fitness and leisure industry in Wuhan are:(1)the administrative system and mechanism are not flexible,and the transformation of industrial kinetic energy is not prominent;(2)there are not many large-scale high-quality enterprises,and lack of chain leading enterprises;(3)the regional development is not coordinated,and the supply and demand are not matched;(4)the sports fitness industry is not good and bad,and the effective use of big data is insufficient;(5)investment The main body of capital operation is not rich enough,and the resultant force of industrial development has not yet formed.In view of the above problems,the following development countermeasures are put forward:(1)innovation of government service system and mechanism to promote the transformation of industrial kinetic energy;(2)introduction of advanced operation and management experience to set a benchmark for enterprise development;(3)accurate optimization of planning layout to improve the relationship between supply and demand;(4)improvement of development quality of fitness industry and innovation of Internet application technology;(5)vigorously cultivation of market players,Guide the high-quality development of the industry. |
