Research On The Integration Development Of Urban And Rural Sports In Wuhan City Circle Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy proposed by the 19 th CPC National Congress is an important strategy to guide China’s rural construction in the new era,and has built an institutional mechanism and policy system for urban-rural integrated development.Urban-rural integration has fundamentally changed the relationship between urban and rural areas and the relationship between urban and rural sports in the process of urbanization in China.This paper takes the development of urban and rural sports integration in nine cities of Wuhan Urban Circle as the research object,and mainly uses the methods of literature,logical analysis,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to collect data and conduct a questionnaire survey on the current situation of urban and rural sports development in Wuhan Urban Circle,which mainly includes: per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents,investment in urban and rural sports funds,construction of urban and rural community sports facilities,fitness concept and willingness of urban and rural residents The quantity and quality of community sports organizations of urban and rural residents.According to the questionnaire survey and analysis,the factors restricting the development of urban and rural sports in Wuhan urban circle are as follows:(1)The disposable income of urban and rural residents in Wuhan urban circle is uneven.The urban-rural dual structure and the development model of competitive sports make the gap between urban and rural economic development and the disposable income of urban and rural residents large.(3)The uneven allocation and use of sports facilities between urban and rural areas,the uneven allocation of public sports services for urban and rural residents,and the unclear supply of public sports services lead to a large gap in the construction of sports facilities between urban and rural areas.(4)The number of urban and rural sports organizations is uneven,and the development of urban and rural sports organizations in Hubei Province has not been coordinated for a long time.Through the case and the analysis of the above reasons,the practical path is drawn as follows:(1)We should take industrial prosperity as the general requirement for the integrated development of urban and rural sports industry,break the urban-rural dual structure,and promote the interaction and exchange of urban and rural resources.(2)The standard to meet the needs of urban and rural residents is to live well.Taking the community as the unit and starting from the satisfaction of the community masses,establish the supply mechanism of urban and rural sports public services with "goal means effect" as the core,and then realize the equalization of sports public services.(3)Take rural culture as the norm of urban and rural sports value.Help rural residents develop sports values.(4)Take ecological and livable as the orientation for the integrated development of urban and rural sports.(5)Effective governance is the charter of urban and rural sports governance.By standardizing the internal structure,laws and regulations,internal and external environment,and regulatory mechanism of urban and rural sports social organizations,promote the high-quality development of urban and rural sports organizations,and help the integrated development of urban and rural sports by narrowing the gap between urban and rural sports social organizations.
