People natureally think of the Chinese women's volleyball team-who Obtained five consecutive championships when talked about the volleyball. It bringed the Infinite energetic enjoyment to the billions of people and aroused people the undertaking fervor and strives for success, there is no doubt about the affection of volleyball .In September 2004, the promulgation and implementation of undergraduate physical education courses and the re-adjustment of fostering program objectives, a new round of curriculum teaching reform is bound to set off. However, Realizing dialectical unification of teaching and learning and striving to optimize teaching process are worthy of being studied and explored constantly by numerous volleyball teaching and training workers.In this study, we found which movement links composed of the volleyball five big basic strokes, which were the most main, the most important movement link, which were the secondary movement links through consult, collection massive literature materials. In the inspection, determined the concrete link of quantification volleyball basic strokes movement through the expert interview the questionnaire. Then determined the characteristic parameter model through video recording analysis. Finally through repairs the main implementation characteristic parameter control and the practice load quantitative teaching to volleyball Pu, confirmed that this educational model is improving the quality of teaching and the teaching efficiency, realizes the teaching goal feasibility and the superiority.The volleyball characteristic parameter control teaching (i.e. technology link numerical control teaching) of the basic strokes movement link's experimental study result is specifically as follows:1.This article first release through expert interviews and quantitative questionnaires to determine the basic skills of volleyball (passing, mat ball, spike, serve) and controlled key aspects of the specific action2.Through the video analysis method, the basic skills of volleyball action to determine characteristic parameters of the standard model links are assured.3.Experimental results show that the amendments in the basic skills of volleyball in the implementation of "technical aspects of digital" mode of teaching, an appropriate increase in the number of exercises, increasing exercise load, is more conducive to movement of technical mastery.4.The experimental group use part of the characteristics of volleyball technique and different model parameters of the load combination exercises teaching methods, and use precise mathematical language to describe quantitative aspects of technology and the intrinsic link and the relationship between the condition of signs in various quantitative control of teaching, so that teachers have a basis for targeted students to learn as much as possible and students from the beginning of the study will be able to inhibit the emergence of the wrong action, and the technology to enable students to move gradually in this paper to develop the technical aspects of the characteristics and technology automated actions within the parameters of the standard model.
