Research On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of The Development Of Fujian Primary School Volleyball With Traditional Characteristic Item

Volleyball Traditional characteristic item school makes full use of the school’s resources to find and train volleyball reserve talents,which is one of the important bases to train volleyball reserve talents in China.This paper uses the methods of literature,factor analysis and interview to investigate and analyze the development of sports teams in 20 primary schools of Fujian Province.It aims to investigate the development and construction of the traditional volleyball schools in Fujian Province,and the main factors restricting the development of the 20 primary schools of Fujian Province Give effective response strategies.The conclusion is as follows:The overall situation of the development of the sports teams in the traditional schools of primary school volleyball in Fujian Province is not optimistic.From the distribution of the number of the traditional schools of primary school volleyball in Fujian Province,the number of the developed coastal areas is more than that of the underdeveloped inland areas;the facilities of the venues are seriously insufficient;the professional coaches are not equipped;there is no job training for the coaches in the traditional schools of volleyball;most schools have not yet opened Volleyball Classes The development of Fujian primary school volleyball team is seriously restricted by many factors,such as the lack of funds for training and competition,the lack of school volleyball league,and the parents’ lack of support for athletes to participate in training.Factor analysis was used to classify the current situation and the influencing factors.The research shows that there are five factors influencing the development of sports teams in20 primary schools in Fujian Province,which are human subjective factor,coach factor,policy and material condition factor,training factor and school distribution factor.The influencing factors of each common factor are as follows:(1)The lack of connection of talent echelon in Fujian primary school volleyball traditional school results in the decrease of parents’ support for athletes’ training and their enthusiasm for athletes’ training,which leads to the difficulty of selecting athletes for sports teams;the low support of government departments affects the decrease of school leaders’ attention;the deviation of head teachers’ understanding of volleyball hinders the coaches’ organization and training.(2)The situation of on-the-job training of coaches is not ideal,a small number of coaches have never participated in the training in the past three years;the talent training system is not perfect,and the lack of incentive system and the opportunity of continuing education affects the enthusiasm of coaches.(3)In Fujian Province,the source of training and competition funds for the traditional school volleyball teams is single,mainly from the single appropriation of the school;in the context of the reform of physical education in Fujian Province,most of the traditional school volleyball schools have not yet opened the school volleyball curriculum;the indoor venues are seriously insufficient;the lack of school volleyball league,thus reducing the enthusiasm of athletes and coaches.(4)The training of sports teams is not carried out according to the plan in daily training,and there is a phenomenon of randomness in training;the scientific degree of training needs to be improved;the training time of sports teams is insufficient,so they can not achieve good training effect in a short time.(5)The number of schools in developed coastal areas is more than that in less developed inland areas.In order to promote the development of the traditional volleyball school sports team in Fujian Province,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)establish and improve the incentive mechanism of volleyball coaches,improve the performance pay system;(2)improve the traditional school volleyball game system,promote the market-oriented development of competition;(3)promote the industrialization development of the traditional school joint office,Broaden the source of funds;(4)give play to the role of the club,strengthen supervision and standardize management;(5)Increase the number of volleyball coaches on-the-job training and improve the importance of coaches on-the-job training.
