As a screening test for detecting physical function defects such as flexibility and stability in various aspects of the human body.By observing the quality of athletes performing basic actions and evaluating them,Functional Movement Screen(be called for short FMS)is possible to screen for physical dysfunction,compensation,and no Symmetry and other issues can effectively prevent the occurrence of sports injuries.Flexibility and stability these physical functions are the basis of the athlete's physical fitness and special skills.Volleyball is a comprehensive competitive sport.Its technical characteristics such as strong confrontation,fast attack and defense conversion,etc.determine that athletes must have a higher level.The special physical fitness and special technology,with good physical function,become the key and foundation for supporting volleyball special physical fitness,developing volleyball special technology and preventing sports injuries.through the screening of FMS,the evaluation of the physical function characteristics of Chinese adolescent women's volleyball players can fully understand the basic athletic ability of athletes.Therefore,this paper uses the literature method,mathematical statistics method,test method and other research methods.By way of FMS to test,diagnose and evaluate the physical flexibility and stability of Chinese adolescent women's volleyball players in order to Comprehensive understanding of athletes' physical motor function and weak links.And provide theoretical basis for the coaches to carry out targeted training,in order to achieve a comprehensive and balanced development of young athletes' physical fitness,lay a solid foundation for the improvement of special physical fitness and special technology,reduce the risk of sports injuries and prolong the life of sports.Through the functional Movement Screen of Chinese youth women's volleyball players,the research results are as follows:(1)The average score of FMS of Chinese adolescent women's volleyball players is 15.02 points.The total scores of FMS in each special order are from free to low(16.00 points)> second pass(15.37 points)> secondary attack(14.86 points)> main attack(14.83 points)> Response(14.70 points),each individual score is higher than the damage risk threshold of 14 points,and the risk of injury is low.(2)FMS' seven test scores from high to low are shoulder flexibility(2.59 points)= active straight knee lift(2.59 points)> straight lung step(2.32 points)> squat(2.07 points)> The hurdle step(2.00 points)> body rotation(1.90 points)> push-ups(1.56 points).The results of the seven tests comprehensively reflect the different degrees of flexibility and stability defects of the upper and lower limbs and trunk core areas of Chinese youth women's volleyball players,and there are problems such as asymmetry and imbalance in the development of the body.(3)There are significant differences in the squat,hurdle steps,straight lunge steps,shoulder flexibility,active straight knee lift,trunk stability push-ups and FMS total scores for different professional athletes.Significant difference.Insufficient stability of the core area is a common problem for each special position.(4)There were significant differences in the squat,shoulder flexibility,active straight knee lift and FMS total scores for athletes of different training years.The results show that the youth adolescent women's volleyball athletes have a decreasing trend in body flexibility and stability with the increase of training years.The total score of FMS shows an inverted U-shaped trend distribution with the increase of training years.(5)The Quetelet index showed a significant negative correlation with the hurdle step,active knee lift and FMS total score.With the increase of the Quetelet index,the functions of body flexibility and stability of Chinese youth women's volleyball players are declining.(6)The special physical quality performance has a significant relationship with some FMS projects.There was a significant negative correlation between running height and deep squat;standing long jump was significantly positively correlated with straight lunge and trunk stability push-up;30-meter running was significantly negatively correlated with shoulder flexibility and trunk stability push-up;half-meter Word movement was significantly negatively correlated with straight lunge,active knee lift,and trunk stability push-ups.The study found that the better the overall performance of Chinese youth women's volleyball players in FMS,the higher the specific physical quality level.
