| With everything in the ever-changing development, sport is necessary to adapt to the needs of the development, keeping up with the time and to be creative. In this paper, it analysis net ball with documentary, questionnaire, observation of video game. It summarized rules and laws of evolution from basketball with the rapid development and other sport of skilled confrontation with Net;it analysis their opinion , referees,coaches,athletes,by issuing questionnaires. At the same time, it statistic probability of the touching net happened in the service and in the game , as well as return situation when athletes come across the ball touching net in the game. The results show that:(1)In order to promote the development of table tennis, it is feasible to eliminate let rule when touching the net in service in the game of table tennis. It sum up evolution causes of the rules from the competition and summarize common laws of development trend of the evolution of basketball,volleyball,badminton.(2)Majority support to eliminate the rule that the ball have to re-serve in the service touching the net though investigated in the referees,coaches,athletes .(3)Statistics found that touching the net in service and touching the net in the game is not a small probability, in other words, two events have happened possibility and can not be ignored. But at the same time, viewed from the data of probability, the emergence in the competition has a small number, and two things are not always happened. the results of the game will not have been influenced too much; At the same time, athletes in most cases can have a very good return to the ball when it touch the net.(4)It could improve viewing of the game,maintain the continuity of competition,improve the accuracy of referee'job,ensure that the rules of the simple, rich the means of fail and get points,support television relay and so on.
