The purpose of this study:⑴explore the formation of high-fat diet-induced obesity, the body is significant reproductive dysfunction, and damage to the mechanism.⑵at on the basis of previous studies to further validate the long-term endurance exercise lose weight for the role of obesity in rats.⑶from the target and related biochemical indicators of changes in morphology, monitoring immediate and long-term endurance exercise exercise rats, respectively, on male reproductive function in obese, and have tried to reveal the mechanism of these effects.In this study, 116 3-week-old male, weighing 46 ~ 64g of Sprague-Dawley rats as the target. Rats were randomly divided into 2 groups - high-fat diet group and Pu. Group of 110 high-fat, high-nutrition feed given to high-fat feeding, for the establishment of high-fat diet-induced obesity in rats model; 6 & P food group (C group, n = 6), given ordinary diet, is used as a normal diet the control group. Group of high-fat high-cholesterol diet for 10 weeks, a total of about 66 high-fat diet-induced obesity in rats (OB group, n≈66), the remaining 44 rats for the obesity-resistant rats (OR group, n≈44). OR groups from 44 obesity-resistant rats were randomly selected as the final six rats of the obese subjects with resistance group (OR group). OB group of 66 obese rats were randomly divided into four further groups: the first group for one-time exercise group immediately (E0 group), a total of 8; the second group for a one-time exercise control group (E0C group), a total of six; the third group for long-term endurance exercise group (LE group), a total of 10; the fourth group for long-term endurance exercise control group (LC group), a total of 10. E0 Group for a one-time exercise experiment, the strength is about 65%~75% VO2max, time to 40 minutes, and electric drive. LE Group for the long-term endurance exercise training program: exercise intensity of about 65%~75% VO2max, each time for 40 minutes exercise, 5 times a week, a total of eight weeks to maintain. Sampling methods in rats in each group were: abdominal aorta after anesthesia blood, the conventional separation of serum, -20℃to preserve test; then quickly remove the rat epididymal fat pad and the surrounding perirenal fat pad, the right side of the testicles, to be saved measured.The experimental results show that:①After 10 weeks of high fat diet, OB rats body weight and Lee's index was significantly higher than OR rats and C rats (P <0.05), and OB rats epididymal fat, perirenal fat weight and fat weight coefficient significantly larger than OR group and C group (P <0.01).②After 8 weeks treadmill exercise, LC rats and LE rats have increased body weight, however, LE Group obese rats of body weight was significantly lower than the LC group (P <0.01).③E0C group than in, E0 blood total testosterone group was significantly increased, significant differences (P <0.05). After 8 weeks of treadmill exercise, LE Group LC group than in the blood have a high level of total testosterone, and significantly different (P <0.05).④tested, not only LE serum luteinizing hormone of the mean±standard deviation of 0.070±0.055 mIU / ml, the remaining C, OR, E0C, E0, LC in each group luteinizing hormone were on average 0. After eight weeks of endurance exercise treadmill, LE group and the LC group, the level of luteinizing hormone was significantly different (P <0.01).⑤After a one-time exercise, E0 group E0C group, corticosterone levels had no significant difference. After eight weeks of endurance exercise treadmill, LE and LC group compared to the value of C, no significant difference (P> 0.05).⑥After a one-time exercise control in E0C Group, E0 Group T / C ratio of the existence of very significant difference (P <0.01). LC group and long-term endurance exercise after the LE group, no significant difference (P> 0.05).⑦After 10 weeks of high fat diet, the original obese group (OB group) divided by the E0C group, the rat testicular morphology and C groups, OR groups clearly differentiated: a little swelling; the surface of thin blood vessels; than C, OR two groups appeared to be pale color; on weight and there are also significant differences (P <0.05). After 8 weeks of endurance exercise, LE rats the testis compared with the LC group, significantly smaller size; the surface of blood vessels also tend to the normal level of C group; near brown red color; and weight decreased significantly (P <0.05) .Conclusion:⑴male SD rats by 10 weeks for a high-fat diet model of obesity, can be induced in rats by about 60% have a simple obesity.⑵SD male obesity can cause blood levels of total testosterone and testicular morphology change bad happened, which have a negative role in reproductive function. Moderate-intensity exercise⑶instantly disposable, SD blood in rats with total testosterone levels and T / C ratio were significantly increased, but the reproductive function in rats did not change. Long-term endurance exercise⑷SD rats of obesity has significant role in lowering body weight.⑸enable long-term endurance exercise in male obese rats SD blood levels of total testosterone and luteinizing hormone levels rise, the testis morphology of the gradual return towards normal levels, thereby improving the SD rats have impaired reproductive function.
