"NEET group" as the country's social transformation and structural change process of a class of special groups, is China's "traditional culture" and "modernity" in contemporary society a product of intense collisions. The phenomeno of "NEET" has overthrown the traditional Chinese family values, brings the eyes of a great and affordable to family and society, and has from a family situation gradually evolved into a complex social problem. The negative effect it has seriously affected the operation of China's social stability and harmonious development, it needs for government and community's attention and guidance. This article attempts to through the "NEET group" issue of Sociological Analysis to lead the academic community as a whole as well as the concerns of the groups, but also to lay the foundation for find an effective strategy to this problem as soon as possible and then to ensure stable operation for the social sustainable and harmonious development.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is to explain the basic content of the "NEET group" , through to the definition of related concepts for "NEET group", led to China's "NEET group" and its social roots formed expressions; the second part is the "NEET group" type of ethnic groups and the field of sociology of thinking, Based on "social capital" and "social exclusion" theory, in the "NEET group" type of group-related basis, respectively, from the sociological point of view on various types of features and the main performance; third part discusses the "NEET " 's social effects and its countermeasures. From plus or minus two part, detailed analysis the major social consequences of "NEET" for individual, family, society's, and on this basis, attempt to alleviate the problem of social responses; fourth part is In a related analysis based on the "NEET group", to make Some deep thinking, in order to achieve a deeper understanding and the concerns of the wider community for the "NEET group".
