| Social mindfulness refers to the behavior that an individual consciously and actively considers the needs of others or leaves options for others when making a choice.Such altruistic choice made on the initiative is a kind of prosocial behavior.Individuals with high levels of social mindfulness display more understanding and polite behavior in daily life,in contrast,individuals with low levels of social mindfulness mainly act on their own preferences,regardless of the preferences of others.Individual social mindfulness is easily influenced by social environment,and social exclusion is a common social phenomenon.Social exclusion refers to the social phenomenon in which individuals are excluded by others or groups in social communication and their needs for belonging and relationship cannot be satisfied.Twenge et al.(2007)proved through experimental studies that social exclusion would reduce individuals’ prosocial behaviors and make individuals tend to respond to threats instead of being kind to others.The middle school stage is a critical period of physical and mental development,and the psychological development of children in this age group may undergo great changes in interpersonal communication.Therefore,it is very important to study the mechanism of social exclusion on social mindfulness of junior high school students and how to improve social mindfulness of junior high school students in the future.Junior high school students are in the period of youth,they have the innocence of children,and gradually toward adult maturity,stable,their emotional state is not stable,easy to be affected by things outside.Emotional state is an individual’s attitude towards objective things,which can be divided into positive emotions and negative emotions.Positive emotions are mainly manifested as happy,cheerful,energetic and so on;Negative emotions are mainly manifested as depression,depression and so on.Adolescence children will because students an unkind word or refused to join a group and cause their negative emotions,most of the research shows that social exclusion will cause negative emotions produce,thus reducing the individual’s social mindfulness,but there is a small number of researchers believe that their exclusion by the society of individuals want to be able to have a happy good feelings,their way through some positive actions to get rid of negative feelings,and chose to make the social performance of mindfulness,therefore,whether social exclusion by emotions affect social mindfulness still need further discussion.Junior middle school students mental maturity gradually,has learned the perspective-taking and empathy ability stronger Empathy is the individual’s ability to experience the inner world of others,high empathy more empathy,more can stand in the perspective of others Studies have found that empathy can increase pro-social behavior,but empathy can social mindfulness has a regulatory role of the individual is worth our further study.Based on the above analysis,this study aims to investigate the influence of social exclusion on social mindfulness,the mediating role of emotional state in both,and the moderating role of empathy on the model of junior middle school students.In this study,junior middle school students in Shenzhen were selected as the subjects,using the recall situation paradigm to manipulate the social exclusion situation,and using the SOMI paradigm to test the level of social mindfulness of junior middle school students,Chinese version of Children’s Positive and Negative Affective Scale and Interpersonal Pointer Scale to conduct the adjustment research.Study 1: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the operating situation of social exclusion played a role in the social mindfulness of junior high school students.In this study,a single factor interparticipant design was used to measure the level of social mindfulness after social exclusion by SOMI,and a single factor design was used to measure the level of social mindfulness after social exclusion.Study 2: The positive and negative emotions of junior high school students before and after the rejection situation were measured to explore whether social exclusion can cause individual emotional changes and whether emotional state can play a mediating role in the impact of social exclusion on social mindfulness.Study 3: A three-way analysis of variance(3(social exclusion operation type: exclusion group/acceptance group/control group)×2(empathy ability: high empathy/low empathy)was used to measure the empathic ability of the subjects through the Interpersonal Indicator Response Scale(IRI-C)to explore whether empathy could mediate the relationship between social exclusion and social mindfulness.The results are as follows:(1)social exclusion situation will lead to the individual social mindfulness decreases;(2)the individual social exclusion leads to negative emotions increase and positive mood decrease,and positive emotions can in social exclusion plays an intermediary role,social impact of mindfulness;(3)the empathy ability between social exclusion and social mindfulness has adjustment High empathy ability of the individual,can alleviate the negative effect on the individual,social exclusion situation showed more social mindfulness;Individuals with low empathic abilities had low levels of social mindfulness in the exclusion situation.So can conclude that social exclusion situation reduce a person’s social mindfulness level,also reduced the individual’s positive emotions,increase the negative emotions,positive emotions can forecast effect between social exclusion and social mindfulness,and empathy can ease the social exclusion of the
