As an important part of the teacher's educational course ,pedagogical practice is a kind of teaching activity, in which students lead by both college teachers and middle school teachers, synthesis put their specialized knowledge,academic teaching theory,teaching educational skills into practice. Pedagogical practice is an eventful measure of training students'teaching skills,bringing up professional emotion,practicing their education and teaching ability to engage in independent,speeding their changes in the role of the student to the teacher, and also a major way of fully checking and improving the educational level of normal university.Northeast normal university keeps an eye on the pedagogical practice from time to time. To comply with"Respectable Education"and"Serve the Primary Education"educational philosophy, NENU never gives up her intension to seek a suitable way of pedagogical practice for the improvement of all the students.2007," Free normal university students Policy "has been promulgated and NENU ranked in the 6 experimental normal universities. At the same time NENU welcomed her first batch of"Free normal university students", and formulate training programs that fits the students'growth. As an opportunity to NENU,the college took an exhaustive reform of pedagogical practice, which contains conversion of Practice Mode form"single academic centralization"to"Hybrid formation of Similar subjects", practice place divert from city to countryside, prolonging of practice time and more money investment.The paper takes this pedagogical practice reform as a background, in order to do a 45-days follow-up survey of Y-middle school practice group. By recording the state of affairs of the group in detail, the paper aims at solving the following problems;"Does Hybrid formation of similar subjects work out?""Can the practice environment fit the requirement of pedagogical practice?""Do the guiding teachers qualify their work?""How do the students'teaching ability,class teacher working skills take shape?""Does the evaluation of the pedagogical practice reasonable?"The paper includes five parts. The first part is introduction which contains the research background,question raised,research significance and research methods. The second,third and forth parts are the main contents in which introduces the corresponding situation of the students,guiding teachers,practice place,before,in,after the pedagogical practice,and their changes,development,acquisition.The fifth part is conclusion and suggestion which give reasonable recommendation of the questions of existence,the content and model of practice,teachers' selection,place construction and curriculum set of the normal university.
